An author of each accepted paper is required to register and attend the conference, and present the paper. In absentia presentations will be allowed only in exceptional circumstances. Author presentations are to be 20-25 minutes each with 5 minutes extra allocated to questions. Author and Student Rate: Attendance to all sessions, Proceedings (one book volume where your paper is published + CD-ROM), Certificate of Attendance, Coffee Breaks, Lunches. Listener Rate: Attendance to all sessions, Proceedings CD-ROM, Certificate of Attendance, Coffee Breaks, Lunches. Virtual Presentation Rate: For individuals who are unable to attend the Conference but who wish to participate by submitting a paper for inclusion in the conference proceedings booklet and have publication privileges to the Special Journal Issue. Authors will receive all conference proceedings online.
